The colorful beads in different shapes and sizes were gathered to create necklaces, ankle bracelets, sunglasses chains and even phone straps, which can be found everywhere this season. This trend is inspired by the ethnic fashion where beads have been used for centuries.
Lyst, the fashion search engine, reported a 41% monthly increase in page views for beaded necklaces in late July, while searches for “handmade” beaded jewelry rose similarly. Searches for beaded phone charms also increased by 82% over the same period.
So after we saw a lot of them in the jewelry, the beads are slowly integrated in the shoes.
